Ownership
Ownership data is a service that helps Customers to check Swedish companies’ shareholder information. An ownership structure describes how a company is owned, directly and indirectly, by various shareholders. These shareholders can be private individuals or juridical entities. When companies own other companies, an additional layer of complexity is added. A complete overview of the ownership structure includes all shareholders of all companies in the ownership tree. Ultimately, all private companies are directly or indirectly owned by private individuals
The search can be done only for limited liability companies, that is AB, BAB and FAB, TPAB, with following search parameters in the search, company ID, country code SE and filters, traverseSharePercentageGte, levelLte and sharePercentageGte.
Before using the data end point to get all the ownership data, user can utilize statistical end point to see the scope of the expected response with the data end point. Based on the search criteria, the service returns shareholders when UC has analyzed them for queried company. Filters are used to scope the customer requested ownership structure analyses and data extraction. UC delivers the data based on given search parameters and takes no part in Customer risk and compliance assessment process.

traverseSharePercentageGte % - Analyze filter is used to analyse, identify and return target company's Swedish shareholder companies which owns given threshold or more of the target company. Then to analyse and return those Swedish companies' shareholders and to repeat this step until no further Swedish companies are found with given threshold or more. Technically, analysis will be greater than or equal to the given decimal value, repeated in every requested or available levels. This is non required filter in request body. When not specified "null", no filtration is applied, which means that service then returns all data back that UC database has for this company's ownership structure.

LevelLte - User can select number of shareholder levels that UC should return in the request. This is non required filter in request body. When not specified "null", no filtration is applied, which means that service then returns data back that UC database has for this company's ownership structure.

sharePercentageGte % - Include filter is used to clean out shareholders at any analysed company that are under a given threshold. Exclude Inclusion activity helps customer to identify the main shareholders from all possible minority shareholders in any level or analysed company. For example, with publicly listed companies this is particularly good filter as those might have more than 100.000 shareholders, from which only handful are important from KYC point of view and might cause issues from data minimalization point of view. Technically, when exclude filter exclude less than given decimal value inclusion filter is used the service returns only relations with share percentage greater than or equal to the specified value, repeated in every requested or available levels. This is non required filter in request body. When not specified "null", no filtration is applied, which means that service then returns data back that UC database has for this company's ownership structure.
Note. UC plans to extend this API to support Cross Nordic ownership, SE, FI, NO, DK, data at later stage.s
Monitoring
Ownership monitoring is a service that helps Customers to subscribe for changes in Swedish companies' shareholder information. Service monitors any changes only for direct shareholders (i.e. in 1st level) of subscribed companies.s
Customer can subscribe a list of Swedish companies' (AB, BAB and FAB, TPAB) to the service with the specified monitorType. Customer can view, update or unsubscribe the list of subscribed companies at any moment.

- OWNERSHIP - I want to be notified on all changes.
Assets
Assets data is a service that helps Customers to check Swedish companies’ or Swedish persons' direct ownership of shares in Swedish limited liability companies. This service is particularly good for example in fraud prevention or if you need to know if person/company has ownership of Swedish companies.
The search can be done only for any Swedish companies with business id or Swedish persons with ssn, and, country code (SE) and filter (sharePercentageGte). Before using the data end point to get all the assets data, user can utilize statistical end point to see the scope of the expected response with the data end point. Based on the search criteria, the service returns the assets. UC delivers the data based on given search parameters and takes no part in Customer risk and compliance assessment process.
Note that UC might have not analysed all Swedish ABs' shareholders, meaning that not all assets are visible through the service.
